NEVER had trouble with a post office BEFORE THIS ONE!! Horrible to deal with! Saw on another site that they were RUDE, and NOT AT ALL HELPFUL, Well, All I can say is, I TOTALLY AGREE! and the delivery person, Well it's a real hit and miss when or if you will even get your mail! and her biggest excuse is this PHANTOM CAR that keeps BLOCKING OUR MAIL BOX!!!! Needs ALL NEW People!

I constantly get other people's mail in my post office box. I don't have a mailbox cause the mailbitch only delivers when she wants and returns my packages cause it won't fit in my mailbox instead of leaving a slip for me to pick up. They suck at doing their jobs here!!

They've always been good to me here. Curteous, kind, and professional. Quick to help me and answer my questions. I forget her name, I'm sorry, but the blonde is the best, and they keep it clean and tidy.

It's important to separate the local contract carriers from the folks at the post office. The people at the post office are 100% outstanding. Fast courteous and always willing to help solve a problems. Sometime the local carriers can be a little difficult but they often have to contend with people parked in front of mail boxes and damaged mail boxes. SO be kind to them both inside the building and the local drivers!

I have complained MULTIPLE times about the carrier leaving my packages on my sidewalk instead of 3 steps further to my COVERED porch. This last time. she literally dropped it halfway up the sidewalk. My brother was setting on the porch and she says "here's your package" and drops it. As I'm looking up the delivery on Amazon it says "Package PLACED IN HANDS of residence" which was a lie. It was placed I'm the middle of the sidewalk.
Also...My brother is completely blind and handicap!!

Second time in a month I went to pick up a package and it was given to some one else this is ridiculous. The lady at the counter said my dad picked it up she knew it was him because it was a thin blond guy my dad is a 6ft2 red head they have no idea where my package is or who has it absolutely incompetent I even specifically told them my mail is not to be given to anyone with out a pickup slip after it happened the first time

Would leave zero stars if I could! Tracking said our driveway was inaccessible…our driveway was completely plowed out and clearer than Rt. 14! Mary was an Angel and we surely do miss her.

Angie is lazy and half the time won't delivery our packages! One lying excuse after another so she doesn't have to walk it to my porch. Today she says the driveway was bad. It was perfectly clear. She needs to do her job. Something needs to be done about this. Sure do miss Mary!
