Friendly, short lines, not the best stamp options

Terrible.

I have lived all over the USA due to my families military background. I have been living here for 1 month and i have never had this many issues in my entire life.

Our delivery lady first stuffed some packages into the box so rough, i couldnt get the packages out of the box without help and on top of that everything inside was broken. My things have been delivered to the wrong house by a miles. Having to do mail swap with neighbors and people who do not live on my street. Packages saying they've been delivered when they are neither in my mailbox or delivered to my door. Today was the last straw for me. Today I was waiting for an important package of higher value. I was told at 9:49am that the packaged had been attempted to be delivered and needed signature i was at my front door window waiting for the package all day from 7am-5pm for no package or mail carrier came to my door.

It is upsetting that i feel like i cannot trust the only people in this country to delivery or handle my mail.
They break things, lie of federal forms and lie about delivery.

Hope this can be addressed

Ever since I've moved to my current street over a year ago, we have consistently had problems with our packages. Things have been marked as delivered and are not actually delivered to me until I complain. In the past 2 weeks, we've had four packages officially lost by the Philippi Post Office. I'm incredibly frustrated and over it; if I could have my mail delivered elsewhere I would just so I wouldn't have this problem anymore.

Had a few good months where my packages were being delivered to the correct address. Now back to my package being left at the wrong house. Received an email that looked to be a standard reply basically saying my package couldn’t be retrieved and I could use that as proof when I reach out to the shipper. Extremely frustrating. I’ve never had this many issues with the USPS before.

Disappointed yet again.
I've had issues with the mail since moving here. Since my last issues things have been a lot better and 99% of the time the mail gets deliver no issues.
But again I am in a similar situation.
USPS tracking said my package has been delivered 9/16/21 to my parcel box. It is now 9/21/21 and I have no packages in my parcel box or at my front door. No stickers saying they tried to deliver or anything. I have called the local post office two days in a row now and asked and to no avail my mail is still not here. If I needed something important mail for my job or personal live that my livelihood depended on it.

Its not the mail isn't here its the interactions with the local post office.
Most of the time you cant get ahold of someone, then i can never get in contact with my local mailman unless i call in a 30 minute window and someone answers and NOONE has reached out to me to update me on my missing package. This is not professional at all.

Again new year. Same issues. Missing packages after being delivered.
I currently have 3 packages missing from my household. All have been reported and are still missing. 7 days late. I can understand bad weather and if things are going to be late. But i do not understand how something goes from placed in parcel box to its not there, sorry. That unprofessional. The mail is constantly late or missing for all of my neighbors who live in this area. I have never lived somewhere with such problems. Even my bills come late. I would love to find a way to fix this so our street can get the mail. I dont even feel safe having my family (3000 miles away) send me home goods or anything important anymore because everytime it either goes missing or ends up damaged.
