First Settlement Physical Therapy

I had an excellent experience at First Settlement Physical Therapy. I felt like each staff member genuinely cared for me and wanted to see me get better. All of the staff had great personalities and made being there a fun experience even though it is not a fun time in one's life to be injured. I highly recommend this place and give them a five star rating!

I had a hip replacement and was having trouble with walking and hip muscle. These guys are great with helping me and keeping me on track.
I have gone 2 weeks and I am walking a lot better. They have been very helpful. They seems to really care about doing their job. Frankly I just love them. Keep up the good work guys.

I have done PT at this location for awhile. I have been doing the aqua therapy, which is wonderful. The staff are excellent and great to work with. They all make you feel comfortable and take a personal interest in your recovery. Highly recommend them, if you are in need of PT. Very friendly atmosphere.

The expertise of PTs and PTAs are impressive. The experience is positive thanks to a great atmosphere of encouragement by the staff. Sweet people with your progress their first priority. Alex in the office is also great to work with when scheduling appointments and taking care of business. Ravenswood is blessed to have this PT facility to reach your goals physically.

Having both shoulders replaced one right after the other I never expected to recover so quickly. Ravenswood team is the best! They are friendly they all work well together always helping each other out. Always smiling and the best thing is they are all knowledgeable of their job!! Thank You for all your help!!!

My husband has been seeing a physical therapist here for a few weeks. He isn't 100% yet, but he is doing much better. The people here are very nice and helpful. So far, he likes everyone here, and that's really saying something. LOL 😂

I felt compelled to give First Settlement a shout out today❤️. I am guilty of not doing this sooner but I loved therapy here, I was there in 2021. It was a such a pleasant and positive atmosphere to be in. The staff was awesome. Frank Baker is amazing..if he suggests dry needling, do it! You will feel so much better. I had alot of pain from Scoliosis and Spinal stenosis, with limited mobility, as far as bending, turning my head, etc, my muscles were just tight and stiff feeling all the time. Frank suggested dry needling and wow what a difference. It was unreal how much better I felt. I'd never had a planking party either but it definitely made planks way more fun, when your therapists will get down there with you, not only to challenge you but to encourage you, it showed me they care and have so much heart for what they do. They want you to feel better and it shows in their actions. I highly recommend them to anybody and everybody who needs therapy. You won't be disappointed.

Everyone at First Settlement Physical Therapy Ravenswood location is outstanding to work with. They are very knowledgeable and caring, they explain everything and answer all questions you may have about your treatment. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.
