First Settlement Physical Therapy

I had surgery on my shoulder in April of 2019 and needed Physical Therapy. They did a great job. Melody worked with me and I got my movement back. She did a great job. Physical Therapy is painful, but she has such a great personality. She keeps you talking and laughing so your therapy is over before you know it and you don't notice the pain so much. I really appreciated all her hard work to get me back to where I needed to be.

Therapist Melody Vincent provides treatment with a fun, positive, engaging personality that is appreciated by her patients. She is patient when therapy is hard, but consistently works to help me her patients stronger. I would highly recommend First Settlement Physical Therapy’s Mineral Wells location.

I was in a pretty bad accident in 2018 that resulted in a lot of broken bones. Due to this, I went to physical therapy for 2 hours 3 days a week. Even though physical therapy is tough, Melody made time fly by keeping me talkative and always laughing. She's a great listener and always switches up exercises so it never gets boring!

I love Taylor and Mel, from the time you walk into the door they both give you 100% attention and work amazing together They answer all you concerns and quesitons. I would not attend another Therapy place every again.. and I am very accident prone.

The staff is professional and are great to work with! With water therapy I can feel hope again with my body getting the work out it needs . I’m so grateful for the individuals who work here. They are all very helpful, kind, and understanding. 5 stars every time!

I appreciate all of the people both at Mineral Wells and the Vienna facility. Sammy at the Vienna office as well as Taylor and Melody at Mineral Wells are so easy to talk to. All of them listen. If there is a problem, they guide you through it with understanding. They will tailor your program to get you through the problem and aid your progress. I know of people at other physical therapy facilities that have had injuries from the therapy! THAT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN HERE! I'm positive of that. They work as a team, listening not only to the patient but the patients doctor as well. I've seen improvement already. Also I look forward to seeing the level of improvement I can reach with their very professional and courteous care and guidance.
