Pet Supplies Plus Vienna

I absolutely love the staff, always extremely friendly and helpful with my purchase’s. I ventured in the competition once, no one could be found. I can’t say enough about this store. 5 stars is not enough!!

I always get welcomed and greeted with a smile when i walk into Pet Supplies Plus in Vienna. My mom and i were shopping, looking for the food our puppy eats when Gene welcomed us and asked if he could help us find what we needed. He ended up offering a great alternative since our usual puppy food was out of stock. We had no problems finding some additional toys and some cat food because the store is always so clean and organized. Gene checked us out and offered me some useful info on their rewards program which i really appreciated. I love seeing fellow retail workers go above and beyond to help customers’ shopping experience so much more easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Gene! We’ll definitely be back. :)

Great customer service! I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out! The groomers show so much patience with Jax. He doesn’t like his paws messed with and gives ‘em a hard time.. but they handle is well.

Went to buy a fish tank that was on sale. An employee was very helpful in explaining what I needed and what was appropriate for the chosen tank. I left more knowledgeable about goldfish and their care.

These fish (pics uploaded) are shubunkins which cost 2.99 at one inch, we're purchased at the Vienna Pet Supplies Plus. The biggest are now six inches and are set to be the stars of our pond when we finish it in the spring. We travel all the way from Pomeroy to shop here, even though other pet stores are closer. You can tell when you walk through the door that the people working here are Animal People. Dogs on leashes are welcome (I'm pretty sure you can come in with your ferret on your neck or your parrot on your shoulder and they'd be just fine with it) and there's usually a full Cadre of small animals and birds available. Highly Recommended.

Went to use the self service dog wash, the area was extremely muddy. Tried to use the squeegee they had sitting in there to clean the floor so my dog would not get filthy again after the bath but the floor drain wasn’t working, so I had to stand in mucky water while I bathed my dog. No conditioner provided like was told, only shampoo and 2 in 1. After the towel drying my dog, tried to dry with the dryer, but it only blew cold air. It’s a cold day outside and cold air on my dogs double coat did nothing to dry it. Had to towel dry best I could. Went to ask for more towels for myself and the other customers in there and told them the dryers were not working. Employee told me they aren’t allowed to turn on the dryers heat because it might burn the dog. What is the point of a cold dryer? Paid and left with a soggy dog. Will not be returning or recommending the self dog wash.

Always friendly and helpful. Dog grooming is very good and reasonably priced. Our dog has no problem going in, she enjoys her visits
