The water comes out brown from the tap, when it works. Most people in the park were fine, but I lived next to the land lords mother in law. She was constantly making unfounded complaints and harassing my family and myself. The behavior was allowed to continue because Raymond, the land lord, would do nothing about it. The dirt roads were constantly in disrepair. The lakes are dirty and I wouldn't eat anything that was caught from them because the whole place reeks of disease.
Then you have the morgan county sheriff's department that targets the park and its residents. It's down right criminal.
I wouldn't recommend anyone live in tri lake.

Amazing management. Amazing neighbors. Amazing living experience. Quiet. Most keep to them selves. Playground, trash service , and mail delivery. Road is rough but worth it for the living space. Country living at its finest

Great place to live ...the water could be better but the management are GREAT ....cey fair and willing to work with u with any down time u are having in ur life ...great place to raise my kids so would be for yours too
