Colonial Greenbrier Collision

Had to take a car in for repairs. They've so far kept the car for a month. Every time I call and am told it'll be ready tomorrow and it never is. The people up front are nice enough but the people doing the work have to be so lazy it's painful.

Bad experience all the way around. Work that was completed was good, done an excellent job blending & mathingmthe paint. I did want to give a positive.
However, consumer beware. In the intial paperwork they have you sign read & understand every single page & if you can't see what it says like I couldn't, ask to have it explained. You will be signing a consent to have your 2 party checks issued as such by most insurance companies giving them permission to sign your name for you. This takes away the purpose of your right to refuse signature on check until work is completed to your satisfaction and making them complete work they claimed to have done. After 28 days the first time in the sgoptheres, an additional week and one more trip in my work was not completed. The frame and alignments could not be corrected so after 2 months & repeated attempts I gave up and traded my truck in.
I will add the pictures taken after their 3rd attempt.to finish the work left uncompleted on my truck I took the day I traded it in. I will add them to my Google profile as the employees there will fib. Pictures do not lie!
I will be taking any future repair work elsewhere!

I have had work done here twice. Once with a dented bumper and once with my truck being hit in the rear. Both times I had my truck back in what I consider record time and it was completely detailed each time. I was taken into the shop and shown the progress while waiting for parts to arrive and was kept apprised of any issues that needed to be addressed. I have no reservations in being a repeat customer the next time someone hits me!

While driving from NY to OK we ran over something and tore loose the plastic guard under the bumper. It sounded awful, was dragging, and we were afraid of what else it would damage. Lewisburg was the closest town so we stopped to see if they could assist. They were friendly, extremely helpful, and got us fixed up quickly and back on the road. We greatly appreciated their help!!

Great workmanship and fantastic customer service. Having s good body shop in town makes fender benders a lot less stressful. Highly recommend!
