Hinzman Auto Repair & Refinish

I called a week ago and made an appointment to get an estimate done. I drove two hours from home to do this only to be told that the guy that does the estimates isn’t in and is instead visiting his son from Georgia. While I do understand that family time is of the utmost importance due to covid I do not appreciate that I spent all my time getting here only to come up and be told that they can’t do anything. I will not be coming back here.

These folks did a first class job repairing my vehicle ( after I hit a deer). They worked with my insurance company as a team.

Hit a deer in November and am relatively new to the area and didn't know what shop to use. I took a chance on Hinzman Auto Repair based on other positive Google reviews and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. Harvey was great to work with - professional, down to earth, and courteous. I was kept informed about the process and my car was completed a lot faster than I anticipated and it looks like new again. I would absolutely use Hinzman in the future.

Hit a deer in November, everywhere else was crazy booked. But even though they were as well, they still were able to get my car in and slowly work on it the month that I was away. They were super friendly and my car looks great!! 10/10
