The customer service was excellent. The associate answered all my questions, and knew all the right questions to ask me to get me what I needed. I had originally gone to Lowe's because I needed a Lowe's color of Sherwin-Williams paint. I stood there for 15 minutes without any help, so I decided to go directly to the source. It was a great experience. I'm glad I went to the Sherwin-Williams shop instead.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought several gallons of paint.and was charged $75 per gallon can, wasn't aware of that price until after the paint was already mixed and paid for. Shelf prices were $20-25. I was charged over $800 in the end, and then they won't do a return or refund because the paint was already mixed. They took major advantage. I will NEVER do business here again and I WILL make sure anyone and everyone is aware of their poor customer service and poor customer satisfaction. Don't waste your time or money on them. 👎
