Fun layout and in decent shape for a public course in respect to cost. Greens are smooth and slower than country clubs. Staff always pleasent. Recommend a hot dog at the turn with sauce!

Definitely needs some work. The sand traps are dried up bare earth, the carts are getting worn pretty bad and the carts paths were once paved but are now extremely broken down and full of pot holes, washouts etc. Definitely make sure you're not prone to whiplash. The golf itself is challenging and the course fairly well maintained but some basic upkeep is in need.

This is a fun course. I've played here occasionally since the early 90s. Beautiful in the fall. Nice greens.

However, in recent years, the fairways are indistinguishable from the rough. Bunkers are not really bunkers anymore. Filled in and grass growing in them. I wish the course was maintained like it used to be.

I still enjoy playing here. Fun course and good prices.

This was my first time playing in WV. I assumed it would be similar to Ohio where I'm from. Wrong.. There were many hilly spots and slim fairways. The course is short and has some challenge but not enough to keep me from scoring my personal best on 9. The Tees were thick and fluffy which made the par 3's longer than normal. There were several uphill shots which also caused club selection to need to be spot on. The scenery was nice, the staff was pleasant and helpful. But the course was just ok. Definitely a casual course to work on different shots in your game

This place is going downhill for years. They no longer maintain the traps or cart paths. The design is not particularly good nor does it flow well with the property. It just seems forced on the landscape. Lots of soggy areas. Ill defined fairways. Subject to weeds when the heat comes in summer. People don't repair ballparks. No range. Lot of drinking golfers. Skip it.

Course played ok. Greens were inconsistent for speed. Seriously one of the most unsafe courses I've ever played. Pay attention to everyone around you at all times.
Old Crusty guy in the clubhouse that claims to be a Vietnam Vet is a condescending buttclown. Once he realized I was wearing a Trump hat he started talking down to me. I thought he was maybe one of the pros, but he wasn't. . . He was simply a beerbitch. If it hadn't been for my nephew standing there with me, and I didn't have to show tact, my words wouldn't have been so kind. I am a multi-tour Army Combat Veteran, and it took every ounce of me to keep my cool.
Not sure if the four of us will be back. That also includes the group of guys that told us about the course.

Very nice golf course for an dry convenient price. The greens are a Outstanding!
Very soft and challenging to play. The views are great, as well there are deers and squirrels around. The Carpath could need some maintenance. Overall a good place!
