Seriously SO MUCH COOL STUFF!! We went to the nature center on Friday for a guided nature experience and we had such a great time learning about Monarch Butterflies and the local species of birds, plants and trees. The playground is huge and has a great variety of equipment options that are entertaining for any and all age groups as well as a wheelchair accessible swing option. There just weren't enough hours in the day for us to get to go through the whole park and enjoy everything. We will certainly be returning to this beautiful, family friendly and clean park.

Though it's still too early for everything in the park to be open it was still a nice day for a visit. We hit the trails for a little exercise and had a nice walk. During the summer they have many things to do. Fishing, paddle boating, big picnic areas and play grounds, swimming and so much more. Very nice cabins you can rent or stay at the lodge. I am 64 now and went to the park with my parents as a kid. Took my kids and then grandkids to this park. Hope to live long enough to take my new great grandson too. A really great park for a family outing.

Clean, like new. Highlight is the great ranger. We took three free sessions: Trees, birds and bears. Two were short walks. Intergenerational groups.
