Not only are these people severely late at all times, they're rude to even their own associates. I'm good friends with someone who worked with them for a while, and wow if you could read some of the messages I've read you'd be appalled that this "manager" even has a company at all.
I wish modivcare would hire a new company. The drivers are all sweet people but the higher ups are all money hungry, terrible people.

Poor service. No way to contact directly. No phone or email return to inquiry. A multitude of excuses for not showing up.
