Pizza Hut

Food was cold and looked gross. Bread sticks were hard. And sauce was ice cold.

Decided to have Pizza Hut Friday night cause, ya know, it’s Friday. We ordered the 8pc boneless chicken wings in Honey BBQ sauce… we only received 7 wings plus a tiny nugget that was just breading. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t just pay $10.49 plus tax for 8 and then to receive 7. So will not be ordering their wings again.
The pizza was good. It was $14.79 for ours… I wish it had a little more sauce towards the crust because when I got to eating the crust it felt like I was eating a breadstick.

Pizza is great and also the wings. Delivery is very nice and polite

I ordered food at 9:30, with an estimated delivery time of 10:18pm. The delivery was cash. My address is not hard to find....I live less than a quarter of a mile from the store in a prominent housing unit in the community. No one ever showed up with my order, and as a result, I had no available options to turn to, as everything was closed by the time I realized they were not coming.

They have been decent in the past, but this is unacceptable.

Well first of all I ordered a pizza with bacon, pineapple, and ham and was sent a pineapple and cheese pizza. No one even attempted to try and call me to let me know that they didnt have the toppings for my pizza or to offer me something else. I called them to ask what happened and if they could just make a pepperoni pineapple and cheese pizza and they told me that they were not allowed to have a driver out past 9:30pm but then the delivery driver got back and he said he would make it right and that this was the eighth time today that this has happened!!!!

Not enough toppings. I used to work for pizza hut and it was very skimpy. I understand controlling food cost but you have to at least give us what we pay for.

Get my pizza correct and when I call to get a credit for my next order, please do so instead of saying I have to get it that same day cause people cheat them all the time. I stated I lived 25 minutes from this store and was not turning around to get the pizza again. So I lost out

Ordered a double order of breadsticks and single order of cheese sticks. None of them were cut, so I had to wait till I got home 45 minutes later to finally eat. Then the three girls working tonight (June 14th) then pitter-pattered back and forth on who would be the one to check my food out AFTER making me wait several minutes before this. Also ordered 4 extra cups of marinara sauce, but wasn’t given any. I was already so turned off but how rude they were I didn’t want to bother going back in there. Will not be returning. Just extremely rude workers and unsatisfied overall.
