I wanted copies of keys from the kiosk at Menards. I got to a quantity that the kiosk took me down the path to order the keys and have them shipped to me. All my new brass keys work beautifully and I received a significant discount for ordering them.

Keys worked but were high priced for regular keys.

Need someone to come out to open a trailer on my property.Tried to get service and the woman I spoke to just hung up on me because I didn't need them to come out immediately. Bizarre and rude. Zero stars. Update: Saw a response from the owner. I already found someone else who took my call and got my business.

Quick, simple, and accurately cut keys!

It was easier than I thought it would be…. I had four keys made the same…. It all took under 10 minutes… I’d go this route again instead of waiting around the other store waiting for someone to show up at the key station… waiting for them to find the right key blanks… then wait for them to make the keys… last you have to go through a register to check out… at this new spot I just went to at Menards for keys… there’s no waiting in line because you pay before the keys are made right at the machine.

Smooth, untroubled visit. Great service.

This was an incredible experience. I slid my key into the machine, selected key blanks from a touch screen. Paid for the keys at the machine, and like magic, all of the keys were cut, and delivered out of the machine.
Perfect copies.
