I had to rate Charlestown lock and key with 5 stars reason being I have been a customer service manager for the last 15 years and although they say the customer is always right I know that that is not a hundred percent true. With that being said I know what is good customer service and what is not the owner of Charles Town lock and key Vince was very helpful and professional I have lived in the DC metropolitan area for the last 20 years and have dealt with a numerous amount of businesses and I can really tell when someone stands out and does a good job lastly I just want to say thank you again to Vince and all the guys at Charles Town lock and key because they provide a service that has been lost which is old-fashioned down-to-earth customer service based professionalism

Absolutely awesome service! Vince showed up and got me working again! Installed a new doorknob and deadbolt that the dog can't open! Always a nice thing to have in a lock. Very professional, tidied up after the service and would call back for service if I ever have a need again. They are a small company, so emergencies come first. I wasn't an emergency and was fine with the wait. It was worth it! Great, reliable service and solid work. Charges a fair dollar!

Some of the nicest people you’ll meet in Jefferson County. Respectful, reasonable & honest. Really pleased Google maps found them for me.

I would certainly recommend them for lockout service. Quick professional service. Estimated time to get here was very reasonable and accurate. Price seemed reasonable, wasn't cheap but it was after hours.

interior...took time try to get broken end of my 1 key outa the ignition.... didn't get it but understanding that half a key iz better than one ..
