Efficient and knowledgeable staff. I used them to send large fossils, fishing poles, and luggage. Everything was packed in a superior manner. They also know how to cut costs. Couldn't be more pleased.

Not only does this business offer shipping options, but they also do printing, background checks, printing, signs, etc. I have prints made for my small business here on a regular basis. Owner and staff are always very helpful and accommodating.

So, I don’t normally do things like this but I feel my voice needs to be heard. I purchased a package from amazon in July and upon receiving it, the item did not work. No problem! So we started a return process with amazon to get the package sent back and get my refund. As ~most~ amazon users know, there is a certain time frame window after the return process has been started where amazon must receive the package by a certain day, or your package isn’t eligible for refund. So David and I had to take our package to this business to be picked up by UPS because the drop box was too small. We took our package here on the 11th and told the lady it just needed to be picked up by the 14th and everything would be squared away! She was confident it would be picked up on time, so we were sent on our way. About 5 days later, I’m notified from amazon that my package isn’t eligible for return anymore because my package wasn’t picked up on time. I contacted Pack N Ship to simply ask when my package was picked up from their facility by UPS and I was given the run around for TWO DAYS!! Finally, I was able to have a real conversation with the owner Robert to try to get this straightened out. Most unprofessional man I’ve ever spoken to in my life. Not only did he talk over me the whole entire time I was trying to explain the problem, this man was also cursing at me! I understand I’m an adult and I can handle it, but for an owner of a business to use that kind of language to his customers over an issue that’s HIS fault is astonishing. He also told me he would pay me off so
I would never come to his business again! (No problem there! I won’t be back.) Lastly, after finally tracing down my package, he begs me to let him contact amazon for me to discuss the problem and hopefully get my refund. He told me he was going to LIE to them and tell them my box got stuck under the UPS truck and was damaged, so he was sure I’d get my refund. Another couple days go by and he says he can’t get a hold of a live person at amazon, so he will keep emailing them. Let me just say I took matters into my own hands this morning with amazon and had someone on the phone in LESS THAN ONE MINUTE! They were extremely helpful and sorry I had to deal with this issue. Pack N Ship on the other hand is one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve dealt with in my life. The owner is unprofessional, rude, and admits to his customers that he will LIE in order to fix an issue. I will never be back to this business. Rant over!

Worst customer service ever. The owner Robert Chewning didn’t bother to return my package for 3 days after I gave it to him then when I call to ask what’s going on he ignores my calls for another day then when I get him on the phone he cusses me out. Robert Chewning is a low life who needs a reality check. Or a slap in the face

Dropped off a box with a prepaid label and needed some tape for the top. They charged me $1 for 4 little strips of tape. Beware of grey cat. It bit me and I had to go to the urgent care for clean up, bandage and antibiotics. Expensive visit.

They Did A top notch job a year or so ago on enlarging some photos of mine. To be used on the walls of a local bank in town!! Great quality. Great communication. Great final products!!
