They used to be a 3 star but now new people work there and it's 100% pathetic. They are lazy and when it comes to being helpful, they are more concerned with getting you out the door. They could care less about helping you. I wish i could give this no stars but 1 is as low as you can go so 1 star but really it isn't even that good!

Got discriminated against by social worker Debra! All because she accused me of being married to my husband. Didn’t realize it was a crime to be married to a white man in WV, so yes been married to him since 2011! Thanks for being professional lady keep up the great work, and next time don’t yell at a married woman just because you know her husband! 👍🏽

Place is a joke. They always say they never received the paper work needed. I don’t need the assistance. A lady i know does. And her case gets closed every single month For not turning in paper work. Which i copy date and take myself for her. Called down state was told i have to deal with local case worker. Never get called back.

I've never had a problem with this office they've always received my paperwork everything has always turned around and good timing I have always experienced good things at the Marshall County office thank you guys

I'm jobless and need Medical Assistance, after filling out the paperwork and waiting over a month I now find that they denied me. These people forget who they are working for. They don't want to work or help their fellow West Virginians obtain any benefits.
