When I thought I was in a hopeless situation Klie Law Offices and their staff helped me through. They are fast with response they are very friendly and understanding. Thanks for everything so far at this point I have been overly impressed with my first time experience with you guys by my side every step of the way in my auto accident injury.

Don't bother trying to work with this firm. They charge $100 to find out what their retainer fee would be and you don't even speak with an attorney. They assign you a "case manager" who then speaks with the attorney and charge you an exorbitant retainer fee. We did not actually speak with anyone who had legal experience. Frankly, we feel grifted out of $100 which is 100% of the cost of the ticket we were trying to get fought for us. Lesson learned so that hopefully you don't have to: Don't engage a law office that charges you just to receive an estimate of costs for their services. Most reputable law firms will meet with you at no cost to learn about the case and give you an idea of their fees.

So disappointed, between repeatedly being bounced around from lawyer to lawyer without any warning or explanation, I'm charged ridiculous amounts of money and given no real knowledge of my case. Whatever lawyer I have now has yet to reach out to me, and we have not spoken a word about the plan for our upcoming court date. 10k in and all I've done is get bounced around and charged more money, the ONLY person from this practice that has been helpful and extended compassion has been Maggie Turner. They should be lucky they have her. If I wasn't this far into my custody battle I'd just switch law firms altogether and still might!

I feel like this place is a scam you call for help they set you up with an appointment for $100 consultation fee just to find out that their retainer fee is $5,000 and they expect to use all of that for a divorce of an abandonment case that is 12 years old. No property no children. why is the person that was abandoned being punished trying to move on in their life?

I had a consultation with one of their attorneys back in 2021. I felt like they could help me with my case but after speaking to the attorney I was referred to a few times, he’d never return my phone calls or speak to me directly. It became a game of telephone through an assistant. Very unprofessional and condescending people. I do not recommend anyone do business with them.

For over 13 months this firm draggeed me on and dropped me, saying I didn ot inform them before taking my case I had spoken to another attorney. When I spoke to Ambria in 2021. that was one of the first things I informed her. After dropping me, it gave me on 30 days to find another attorney and now my time has expired. Now for malpractice, against this place i cannot find an attorney. If you ever speak with them, make sure and have a witness or record you meetings. They will sell you out.
