Simply awful! My son which is a US marine was totally taken advantage of by smooth talking salesman! He was severely overcharged! There kays cash program was a joke when trying to use it & was charged for merchandise he never received.store manager nor corporate would do anything on the charges.I would not recommend them to anyone for anything!!

I bought a ring and it needed sized. I went back two weeks later to pick it up and you could see the line where it had been satered back together. The Neil Lane logo inside the band was completely worn off. The white diamonds were replaced with the black coating that they place behind black diamonds. The whole ring was ruined and at the side where the diamonds were the side of the band was completely tarnished and not the same color as the rest of the band. It was completely unacceptable and when I told the sales rep that I wasn't taking it he tried to argue with me and say that it looked the same way the day we bought it. I pulled up a picture of my phone from the day we bought and told him it was incorrect. He said Kays would send it back out to have fixed and it would be another two weeks. I told him I wanted it rushed becaus I've already waited two weeks to have it and he said they were too busy to have it rushed. This was the worst Kay Jewewlers I have ever been in.

Bought brand new watch over $700 for my husband. He wanted to exchange it for one he could see better. They refused to exchange!
Said that it was altered because they offered to size it for him. Oh my goodness!!!!
Obviously they don’t care about their customers.
I promise I will find another jewelry store for my next purchase....

I have been a customer of Kay Jewelers for about 10 years now. Never had any problems until tonight which was an absolute nightmare. I went on Kay Jewelers Outlet to purchase a preowned watch for the first time, I saw the one I liked I added it to cart and then when I clicked to pay for it after I entered all of my info it came back and said that they couldn’t use my Kay Credit Card at this time so I got an agent on the site through chat and they told me that it wasn’t available and hasn’t been but they haven’t took it down yet. Really?! Ok whatever, so I decided to go on the normal Kay Jewelers site to purchase a new one and it wasn’t on sale either and I have a coupon for $100 off $250 or more and it was last day for coupon. And it said it was expired which in fact it wasn’t so I contacted someone at Kay Jewelers again and they couldn’t explain why it was saying expired so I just said forget it and I was going to purchase the new watch anyways and then it came up that I didn’t have enough on my Kay Credit Card. So I went on there to check and I have a credit line of $1000 and I only have a remaining balance of $92.15 on there, well it was saying that I only had $385 available credit. And that watch the first time that I tried to purchase which was the preowned one it was for $522. And that’s what it took off my card even though the sale didn’t go through because they don’t have the item!! The outlet site is a joke and they don’t take down the products that’s already been purchased and if you’re using your Kay Card it will put that hold on there for 7-10 business days. Are you serious?! Only because you can keep your website up to date? That is false advertisement and I got punished for bc now there’s a hold on my card because of them and they didn’t even offer me anything! No coupons no nothing. So I will sadly be closing my card and never purchasing with Kay Jewelers again. What a joke. Beware of the Kay Jewelers Outlet site people.
