Dollar General

This store has something for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had trouble with an Android phone and the manager was so pleasant and even helped set my phone up. I had a wonderful experience.

This Dollar General has more than the average Dollar General. It is close to downtown Williamstown which always has things going on. Get off the Williamstown exit from I-77. You will pass the visitor center on the right. The Dollar General is on the left. They do have handicap parking. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

It was my first time there, and a man Jeffrey took time to help me find all 3 items I couldn't find. He was so nice and helpful I will be back more often

Everything you need in one place, minus the weirdness of the big stores. I definitely appreciate the layout and selection at Dollar General. Everything is easy to find and you don't have to walk a mile through tons of stuff you don't need to get to it. The employees are always kind and polite, which is something that lacks at bigger stores.

For a Dollar General, this particular store seems to be clean and pretty organized. I've been in some that are so cluttered with displays and excess merchandise that you have a hard time squeezing through the aisles. The manager here is super friendly and the staff are always willing to assist. My only complaint: this is one of the few locations without a Redbox kiosk 😂

It's considered to me an my family the "inconvenient, convenient store".
Convenient because it's close but inconvenient because the prices are a bit higher.

Ha ha, I don't live in West Virginia! I was just passing through on I-77. Nice store, in a small rural setting of Williamstown. The folks here are nice and unassuming. Stop in!
