Fantastic customer service!!! Dealt with Chip via phone and email and in less than a day I had Hettich hinges & hardware shipping my way. He knew what he was talking about, was kind & very helpful! I hope to use them again in the future for hinges!!!

I sent Ovis tech support a request for information about a product I had not yet purchased. They claimed they would reply in about one business day. Based on my experience with other companies, I expected a reply in about a week, if at all. They answered in exactly ne business day. (I sent the request on a Friday and they answered the following Monday.) They thoroughly answered all of my questions in one e-mail. I highly recommend their technical support department.

I called the Ovis support line for help in identifying the correct replacement for the European hinges for my camper cupboards. I spoke to Chip, who was most helpful. I submitted some pics of my hinges and he promptly responded the next day with links to the correct hinges. I only needed to order a handful of hinges, but I received a level of advise and support as I might expect if I was ordering a 10,000. A great company to work with.

I received a prompt reply to my inquiry. The parts that I ordered were a reasonable cost and arrived promptly. Theyfit well on my existing cabinet and I will order more to keep spares on hand for my aging cabinetry. It was nice to get some knowledgeable help.

Great experience in getting one hinge replacement for a cabinet. It was an older/discontinued item, but by sending a couple pictures of the broken hinge, Chip identified a newer version of the hinge that was compatible with the existing mounting plate. Easy!
