Terrible! Would not recommend. Had a Bob cut that needed trimmed, thought the price was good and staff was friendly, but, my trim ended up being a "butcher"! I mentioned that my hair didn't feel right or look even, Melissa insisted that it was all even and looked good. She did tell me that if after I went home and styled if I was still feeling it wasn't right to come back the next day and she would "fix it". So, went back the next day after several family and friends commented that my haircut was uneven and looked "bad". She was nice, offered to fix and only made it worse! I then had to spend more money and go somewhere else to get something presentable for public, but now my hair is so short I hate it!! I deserve a refund, and will probably stop by today after work to ask for one. Will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. This particular place is located in the moundsville wv Walmart.

My appointment was at noon and i sat waiting on my hair stylist to come as of 1210 still hasn’t showed up yet. Made appointment for my mom who is handicapped and hair stylist is late smh. Was not happy with that. Hair styles took her back at 1213 sad.

first want to apologize I did not realize my review of one star was submitted. I must have been working on the review and submitted it before I was done. I actually had a fantastic experience. I had went 30 minutes before the place closed. So I would have completely understood if they did not want to cut my hair, however the girl took me with no issues. Cut my hair just like I asked. I was so impressed I actually tipped her more than I normally do.
