Pifer's Service Center

I had a flat tire and called the closest towing co I could find, which happened to be Pifer’s. Shane (a Pifer’s employee) came to the rescue when I got a flat tire, and came to change it and put my spare on to get home. Low and behold 30 seconds later, my spare popped. Shane came to my rescue, on his own time, yet again and took me home, dropped my car off at a tire shop, and was incredible with his customer service and was just a great person. I can’t thank him and this company enough for what he did for me today!! I recommend this towing co for ANY of your car needs!!

I called this morning and was able to get right in. The service was excellent and I was notified of further repairs needed and the cost was explained upfront. Their customer service was amazing. Very affordable! We will continue to do business with this auto repair center. And that Leads me to my final thought, I had no idea that this place offered auto repair services. It was a surprise finding which ended up being a gem!

Stopped in today after work with a issue with my car, I was take care of and on my way very quickly. Professional and courteous staff. Your business is such a asset to our community! Thank you so much for taking care of me so promptly.

GOD FORBID YOU OR YOUR DRIVER BREAKS DOWN HERE. Unfortunately, I’ve had the worst experience. Something told me to get our 26ft box truck towed an hour away to Hill Billy’s towing, instead of allowing a company I didn’t know to come out. My driver ran out of diesel. We dispatched out Pifer’s because of that SOLE reason, we needed more diesel. My driver had already gotten 5 gallons in from a handheld jug. The tow driver comes out, DOESNT ADD ANY MORE FUEL, and proceeds to prime the pump. It doesn’t start. Obviously. It’s a 50 gallon tank, 5 gallons is nothing. They tow it back to the shop. Their mechanics look at the vehicle & suddenly there is oil coming out of everywhere. Major leaks, turbo is loose, no air filter…so I’m freaking out! Towards the end of the they give up and say they can’t figure out the problem, we should tow it 40 minutes away to a sister company. LOL WE SAY NO WAY. We decide to use the freightliner right next door. In the meantime we send a recovery truck to transload the load & pick up the now stranded driver…We get a call from Freightliner the next morning saying there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle. They are confused on what Pifers did & they laugh because IT ONLY NEEDED DIESEL 😑😑😑 they put 15 gallons in and my truck was up and running perfectly. No faults, no issues. So here’s a shoutout to possibly the worst diesel mechanics in mineral wells, WV. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY. Avoid. To add insult to injury, JOE PIFER calls me demanding I send him video proof from my ELD to show his mechanic didn’t put add in diesel. BEWARE.

It was our lucky day when our tire had a blowout one mile away from Pifer ‘s service and towing. The team towed our car, drove an hour to pick up a new tire for us and quickly changed it . All done with courtesy, friendliness and a comfortable , clean waiting room. Our thanks to the entire team for their excellent customer service!

I’m so very grateful for this business. I’m in Georgia and my wife and mother in law left Vienna WV traveling to Georgia when they encountered some trouble with tires. I made a call and they agreed to check it out for my wife. They made sure they didn’t have to wait long. They checked everything out and took care of everything in an amazing way! I was so concerned having to call someone we didn’t know. The staff was awesome! I pray many blessings on this business and everyone employed there!

We were faced with a dilemma of a vehicle needing serious repairs. We immediately called Pifer's and were provided with great customer service and respectability. They provide timely, efficient, and affordable repairs. We were so pleased with our initial service work that we will be using them for all of our vehicle needs from here forward. Everyone at Pifer Service Center was phenomenal to work with. They were professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and generous. They went out of their way to take care of us and proved themselves to be be trustworthy people who excel in their industry. I highly recommend them.
