I have used Proflower and other nationwide flower services before to send flowers. They always end up broken of damaged and items missing or other issues. Even had them send replacements that were still damaged. So I called this shop last minute to send my Mother birthday flowers. Lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. They delivered them within 2 hours and they were beautiful and my Mother loved them. My Mother in law also lives in the area so needless to say I will be using them quite often. They are great.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT. My daughter works at Charles Town Race Track, WV and I wanted to send flowers and a balloon for her Birthday. I went to their site and it was simple. I called the next day and verified they had received it and during that call my daughter put a picture of them up on Facebook. They were Fabulous! I will use them continuously. By the way I live in Washington State and was nervous that they would be of poor quality. They were Beautiful. I don't think I can attach a picture but if I can I will. Thank you Inwood!!!

Very pleased! I am in Maryland, my mom is in West Virginia. I wanted to order something special for her for Mother's Day. I was worried that they might have to substitute the container I chose, however, they had it and my mom sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was absolutely gorgeous! Delivered the next day and early too (in my opinion)! Being out of state, I would recommend this florist for local arrangements/deliveries :-D

I contacted this florist because it was close to where my significant other lived and had the best rating for any places that were close by. When I asked if they were making any deliveries for the following day (which was a Saturday) they said that it would only be in the immediate area. My significant other lives approximately 15-20 min away from the location of this shop. When I told them that it would be to right outside of Charles Town, WV they said, "Yea no, we can't do that tomorrow."

My mother has worked in floral shops for much of my life and NEVER have they told someone that a delivery that was 15-20 min away from the shop was something that they could not do. NEVER.

The woman then hung up the phone in a condescending manner. Highly unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Just the most absolute beautiful arrangement! The customer service was just so great, from having to call from out of state, getting such beautiful flowers sent for a very, very special person and such sad occasion really made me feel so at ease with this order. They were so beautiful that they were sent to the Bunker Hill Nursing home so that the residents there could enjoy as well. Janita would have been so happy that "her" special flowers were enjoyed by so many. Thank you Inwood Florist & Gift for taking such great care of me and my family.

I just want to give a "BIG SHOUT-OUT" to a local business, Inwood Florist & Gift! I went to order flowers this morning for Vickie for her birthday and thought I was on the Inwood Florist & Gift "website" but I wasn't. I ordered flowers, paid extra money so the flowers would be delivered here in 4 hours. I received an email saying; cannot deliver today, will deliver first thing tomorrow morning. I called and said that was not acceptable. I cancelled the order, because tomorrow was going to be a busy day! Then I "called" Inwood Florist and Gifts and I asked them, if they could do anything for me today. A lady said they close in 2 minutes! Her reply was "YES!" I can have something at your house in 10 minutes! 10 minutes later, the beautiful flowers arrived. Can't THANK" them enough for their service!!! 👍👍

This was my first experience with Inwood Florist. I wanted to send flowers for a local funeral service. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and helpful since I was specific with the types of flowers I wished to have in the arrangement. The arrangement display was perfect. The flowers were fresh and just how I had visualized. Thank you so much.
