I had ordered an arragment from a florist that I later found out was fraudulent. I've gotten many beautiful arrangements from my husband from Magnolia so I called in to see if she could get an emergency bouquet. She was so kind and understanding and said she'd get something delivered to me in town, in less than 3 hours. I'm so grateful to her and can't wait to see what she gets!

This is a terrific florist. It's not my first time using their service and there is an obvious reason. I expected to get good service and I received exceptional service. The flowers and setting could not have been more beautiful. These folks are absolutely the tops. I highly recommend them to anyone with floral needs.

Had to order flowers for my daughters surgery before a holiday weekend, no where else would do it, after trying several, Magnolia Tree came to my rescue!. Beautiful flowers delivered! Very accommodating. Thank you so much! I was in Oregon trying to get something for her.

I give it 3 stars as an overall average because I was told the arrangement was beautiful & was actually delivered within 1.5 hrs from placing order. With that being said, the lady that took my call (I am from NC) quickly had no qualms letting me know of their $40 min delivery order. Then, as I started to pay w/an Amex card, was rudely told "we don't take that" & I heard her sigh when I said "hold on then". I don't have a clue what the total of those flowers cost me because as soon as I finished with the card #, she said thank you, we'll take care of it & call was ended. SO, 5 stars for arrangement & speed of delivery, 1 star for crappy customer service=3 star avg 🌷🌷

I had used magnolia tree for prom flowers in the past without any problems. So I recommended magnolia tree to out-of-town family members who wanted to send flowers to their mother for her 76th birthday. The flowers were ordered early afternoon of the 13th, but could not be delivered until late afternoon on the 14th( no big deal). By the afternoon of the second day we noticed the flowers were drooping, and the carnation and irises were brown around the edges. By the next morning petals were falling off and more flowers were drooping. We called the flower shop and was told someone would return our call. When no one returned our call we called again and was told the manager was out and either the manager would call us or she would call the person who purchased the flowers to see if they wanted refunded or another arrangement sent. No calls were ever returned ( over about a 10 day period). We were told to call on a Saturday because the manager would be available. When we called, the lady who identified herself as the manager ( and whose voice sounded similar to the individual we had spoken to previously),yelled at my mother, proceeded to tell my mother that she was annoying and rude. Then the manager hung up .
The cut flowers cost $60. Ironically a $12 bouquet of roses and sunflowers from Martins lasted well past 7 days. Avoid Magnolia Tree!

So disappointed...I asked for a beautiful contemporary birthday bouquet for my God daughter and they sent something that looked like it was made by a discount chain. I will never use this florist again. I am so sorry that my God daughter received such a poor gift. I am so embarrased.

I called for my son to purchase a corsage for a dance. I knew upfront that they might not be able to help me. What I expect from anyone I do business with is that at the very least they be kind. They were not kind! They simply should have said, I'm sorry I can't help you. He went on and on why he could'nt help me as if he was complaining. Please practice kindness and respect it may help your business!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers on line. The company picked this florist to do the the flower arrangement. The florist was an EPIC FAIL! My arrangement that I paid a lot of money for had white roses, Lily, and iris. None of which where in this arrangement. This is beyond poor business. I do not recommend this florist. What they called my mother they gave her attitude. She was only the recipient of the flowers. Not the purchaser. So on top of the not getting what I paid for we got rudeness also. And people wonder why amazon is putting people out of business. Perfect example right here.
