Jojo's Floral & Bridal

I've used Jojo's on several occasions ranging from sending birthday flowers to funeral arrangements. She is always pleasant, down to earth and fun to work with. The arrangements never disappoint (no matter how silly of a request I throw at her). Jojo's is definitely my "go to" florist in the Elkins area!

Would recommend Jojo's for floral or balloon bouquets. Have ordered several different times and the service has been great and the delivery has been above and beyond. The arrangements have always been amazing. Thanks Jojo for everything you do it is appreciated.

I would not call this person a florist. What was described to me, that I paid for, and what was received were two totally different things. They do not do their own arrangements. They buy planters from someone else and say they did the work. What was supposed to be something special for Mother’s Day turned out to be a standard planter. Living away from my mother you hope someone else will doing something nice sight unseen. I could have went to the dollar store and got something better. I will not ever use this place again.

I have personally never used him but I have heard how rude and nasty he is to his customers and I wouldn’t use him even if I was desperate 😂

Jojo put together an exquisite arrangement for my mother’s birthday. She was so happy with it. His customer service is excellent and the product quality was top-notch! 5 Stars all the way, Jojo!

Called this flower shop by 10:00 in the morning the day before the funeral for a funeral arrangement to be delivered by 2:00 the next day. The order was taken, and I was assured that it would be delivered. My card was charged, and I assumed all was well. There were no flowers delivered, and when I called, I was told that he was too busy, and did I want him to throw something together and take it over at 2:30 when the viewing was over. He was very rude, and if he had simply told me that he was too busy to do the arrangement, I would have called elsewhere. I would never recommend this business.

The owner, Jojo, was extremely rude, even swearing at us when we complained about a bouquet that was subpar and did not have the balloons that were ordered with it. It was also delivered about 2 to 3 hours after the requested delivery.
