I live out-of-town and needed to order flowers for a funeral in Franklin, so I called Franklin Florist. A very helpful lady took my order over the phone and the price was very reasonable. The family that received the flowers told me that the arrangement was beautiful. It's great when you find a small, local business that delivers outstanding service!

This is the first time i used their services. Amazing work. The lady i spoke with was very polite and whoever did the work knew their trade. They have won my business for the time to come and i love to send flowers. Thank you very much.

I always ask them to make something special for my wife. They HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN! Their arrangements are delightful, made from fresh flowers and quality materials. The ladies there really help me make my wife feel special. They are very affordable, but the feelings they help me express to my wife through their floral arrangements are priceless.

i called one day before a family funeral, around 3pm. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional. We settled on a yellow and white color scheme and price. When I arrived at the church today the arrangement had already been delivered. It was spectacular. Large roses, rhotodendrum, mums and others arranged artfully in an understated vase. I was completely satisfied and highly recommend Franklin Florist to others. They were wonderful from beginning to end.

I called in a last minute arrangement for a funeral for a dear friend. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. I have no doubt that they will take care of it with something BEAUTIFUL. I just feel like with friendly customer service like that, the work will reflect the same qualities.

They did the center pieces for "Celebrate Women " a recent event at the Franklin Community Center. Just beautiful.

They have great selection for the area and will fill balloons even if they are bought from other stores.
