So I summon up my courage to go back to the VA today after a very bad experience 14 years ago. I show up and the parking lot is vacant, no closed sign on the door or message on their voicemail that they are closed.
VA you SUCK. Always have sucked and always will SUCK. Oh....just so you know...they are closed for "Veterans Day". Yeah, like they give a damn about our Veterans as we see Vets dying in the waiting room and secret lists for who gets care or who does not. If the military don't kill you, the VA will finish off the job.

Probably one of the worst, most infuriating experiences I can recall having with VA have been with this clinic. The staff could care less about you and do not treat you like a human being suffering with medical issues. It is a poor excuse for a healthcare facility. The 5 star reviews on here must be from someone in HR trying to put makeup on a pig because I can not and will not ever say anything positive about our local WV VA healthcare. Thanks for nothing.

I've never had a problem with this clinic the staff is great and goes out of their way to help. I've been going there for 15 years and I'll continue to go there, my primary care team is top notch.

Never had a bad experience. Great location, great staff, and the only time I've experienced long wait times is when I've had to wait on the in-house pharmacist.

They always do everything they can to help you and are most always very kind and considerate, I say most because they are human and we all deserve a bad day without someone making it worse.

This clinic was much better before Covid 19, now they have too many doctors doing Telehealth. Their best nurses have since retired and messages now go unanswered. It’s impossible to get a timely appointment especially around a holiday- they seem to take the whole week off.

Scheduled an appointment for a check up, doctor refused to see me until I got blood work done. THEN the dude at the front desk was openly running his mouth about how I should have called them back at 8am to learn that I needed blood work (apt at 11) and that I’ll be last. When he realized I was sitting right in front of him, he tried throwing on that “customer service” voice… I drove 1 hour to be denied a regular check up because I didn’t get blood work done on a 2 hour notice…. WORST VA clinic around.
