It is dirty! There are ants everywhere! Mold/mildew in the bathroom, in the shower and on the floor around the tub. The linens are either stained or dirty or both. Given the state of the hotel and the room I would say they are dirty. The beds are not comfortable, the pillows are old and need replaced. The towels feel like 40 grit sand paper. Just don't waste your money staying here. Add another 30-40$ a night and have a nice clean place to rest your head. I promise skipping this roach coach and spending the extra money will be worth the peace of mind and a good night's sleep.

Staff were nice, but the facility is being renovated and unsuitable for a stay at this point. Room was clean but furnishings are sparse. Asked staffer for an extra pillow and was told that they didn't have any. Not enough towels for two in the room... Asked for a towel and was given a dish towel and a small washcloth. No breakfast at this point in the remodel. Room was fairly clean, but bathroom outdated. Mattress should be removed and replaced. Sagged and squeaked.

I'm only rating the service good because when we needed to change rooms, we were granted that. We reserved on the phone through the head company. When paid our reservation, upon arrival we were sent through the side entrance. Our first notice was the doors has absolutely no "LOCK"! anyone & their brother can get through the main entrance. The second thing we noticed was a very foul smell even entering the door. Once we made it to room, it was so HOT, it smelled musty & you just couldn't stand it. So they agreed to switch. Questionable at this point, the second room was better for cleanliness, but on the first floor hallway, it was leaking from the ceiling from one end to the other, & u could hear the second floor toilet flush & tub drain. Except for the nice lady & man at check in. It's far to rundown for human habitation.

The price was reasonable however they advertise advertise a hot breakfast and did not have. Also stated they had a swimming pool yes it was not usable. Would appreciate truth and advertising more an advertising more the price however is reasonable.

I don’t know how this place has gotten away with these pics but they are lies!!! All lies!!!

Smell of mildew was bad... found out why when it started pouring rain!! my room was on the first floor (there are at least 3), and the roof begins to leak! Huh?? how??? Couldn’t help but think 2nd and 3rd floor must be flooded or there is a hole above my room!

Towels and sheets are badly stained!

No restaurant, no bar, no pool. Nothing works!!! Their “vending” is like walking into a gas station that hasn’t been restocked in a year.

While looking for fresh towels, I found the bigger lady who works Front desk outside smoking. She told me she didn’t have a key to laundry to get me any, but she would leave them a note to get me some the following day.. as I’m digging for change in my car to wash them my dang self, the lady she was smoking with (laundry apparently), brings me fresh ones. Why lie?!?! They were ok letting their customers use dirty wet towels! don’t interrupt their smoking I guess! Did leave her tip as I left tho. As aggravated as I was, she did eventually give me clean ones.

Never would I recommend this place..google needs to update their info.

I was put in this hotel with only 2 hours notice from the campground next door because they were paving their roads. I was not aware that the Clarion chain had become a dump, but here is your proof. The odor as I opened the door was bad, then I turned on the lights and noticed that the king size bed had a huge sunken area and the bedspread reminded me of the 70s. Toilet was leaking plus no soundproofing at all. The people next door felt like they were in the room as I could hear every word with ease. The building and property are in desperate need of some tlc for sure. Didn't stay. Slept in our camper in the parking lot. Won't go to a Clarion again.

It was awful. No working TV in the room. They turned off the water at 8:30 am. Rooms had black mold. Walls were dirty. Shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Employees smoked in the hallway. Security doors did not work. We're left unlocked at all times.
