Very disgusted with the service of the Hedgesville, WV P.O. The USPS rural delivery guidelines include that when delivering a package, if the point of delivery is less than 1/2 mile from the line of travel and has a passable road, then the carrier should attempt to make delivery. We are about 200 yards off the line of travel and have a very passable driveway, yet the carrier continues to leave the "Delivery Attempted...No Access to Delivery Location" card in the mailbox. My daughter has been working from home every day since COVID and there has been no attempt to deliver packages to the house. This has happed a dozen times in the last 2 months. I complained to the "Post Master" at this location. Not only was he rude, but he very obviously couldn't care less.

Never had them deliver one package to my house (1/4 mile from the mailbox, road is perfectly fine, Amazon, FedEx and UPS have had no issues At all) I'm lucky to get a note saying hey, we missed you. Can't deliver today. I wish Amazon would stop sending packages through them. And they close at 4:30 so I'm not off work in time to go get it in person so they send the packages back the next day. If it don't fit in the mailbox, you ain't getting it. Really sad.. would give 0 stars if possible. They need to revamp this location.

Why did I pay almost $30 on Friday for a overnight delivery to Ga and it’s still stuck in Pa since Friday night??
I should get a refund of my money!! And this probably just cost my best friend her job!! 🤬🤬

8/15/22 we received a note stating we had a certified letter that needed signature. We were home. I work from home.

Went online AND filled out the form for redelivery Tuesday.

It is now Wednesday night. Nobody came to the door. No other notices.

Our previous guy was amazing. This new one is not.

2nd day in a row I haven't received my packages. I was home both times and no one ever showed up but mailman said he attempted delivery and that was a lie. I instead received my neighbors mail. With all the technology and gps apps they should be able to deliver mail to correct address.

The carrier we have from here makes it frustrating to get our mail and packages. Everybody in my neighborhood gets each other's mail constantly. Packages get misplaced or the community keys don't get placed in our mailboxes. The only reason I'm giving it 2 is because the actual post office has 2 of the most polite and courteous gentlemen that work there.

Here I am again ! You would think with these horrible reviews they would have tried to make things better. The mail lady is horrible and can not drive. Pulls out without looking and almost hits us on a daily. I say they fire everyone at this post office and hire ones who are willing to work. They don’t deliver packages if they have to get out of their cars (very lazy). Horrible post office along with horrible mail service.

We just recently moved here and had to place up a mail box. Well for everyone that lives in Westvirgina in this area knows it has been rainy and snowy. Anyways, we have a small patch of mud in front of our mail box. We received a letter 3 days after it was dated stating we needed to fix the mud or our services would be suspended. We had 9 days to fix the problem well they suspended our mail way before the date we were given and way before the notice. We called this post office and the main guy was rude. He should be fired or written up along with the delivery lady. When we went in to get our mail we showed him the letter to which he got super rude. Be aware.

WELL, here i am AGAIN!
WTH is wrong with those people? They keep delivering some mans mail to my house that I don't even know so i put it in the mailbox with RTS and they put it back in my box. My property tax papers, informed delivery showed it was in the mail box but guess what,
it wasn't and i have cimplained i need those papers and till this day they never returned my paper, packages, they are not delivering them, I am starting to think someone who works there is stealing them, i file complaints and nothing gets done i don't know what else to do except get a lawyer and sue the USPS. They still Refuse to give me my mail, it has now been going on 2 months or more and my personal tax papers were not delivered, i complained and nothing happened. I filled out 2 address papers and I am getting other people's mail but i complain and nothing is done but they talk to me like i am a dog. I file complaints, nothing gets done, i don't know what else to do
