So happy to have this service in our town. Every mother who goes to ANY WIC office feels judged. It’s that mom guilt some the main topic is nutrition and they literally are talking about height to weight ratios and diet. They had a breastfeeding class while I was pregnant that I attended. I was the only one, but the consultant gave the presentation and then took time to provide even more info. I vaguely remember since it was so long ago. Previously, I didn’t realize they ever had a breastfeeding consultant to come to the office, so be sure to ask if you’re interested in meeting with one. Everything is well organized and explained. The office itself is a little hidden between the church and the alley. Convenient location right in town though.
