First let me just say that changing phone carriers literally stresses me out so I do not do it often. I’ve been with same carrier for many years but decided to take the leap. Tyler was very help and very accommodating in this transition for me. Huge asset to the company. He most definitely went above and beyond for me. Much appreciated! Thanks again Tyler you were a HUGE help. Hope they pay you well you deserve it!

Now let’s see how well their back office customer service will work. If it’s anything like the frontline service I will be one happy customer.

Best cell phone store I have ever been in. Not only were they super polite and helpful but most importantly they were honest.

Chaz was incredible! He stayed past hours while helping my husband and I get new phones after I cracked mine and he wanted an upgrade. Absolutely can not recommend this store enough. The customer service is amazing!

The service here is excellent! My wife cracked her phone screen and they got her set up with a new phone the same day. We also got a great deal on an upgrade for myself. Chazz stayed past closing to help us with data transferring. The employees put service ahead of making sales and it shows. Highly recommend this store!

Chas is the go-to guy! He was extremely helpful for my last to visits to this store!

James F. Was the absolute bomb today he helped me get everything set up and situated. I had so many questions and he answered every one without skipping a beat. He was able to get us out the door and ready to go super quick we were ready to cancel services due to issues with customer service over the phone but he made all of that better and handled it so well and we will definitely be returning soon to upgrade our service when we're read and doing all communication in store. I couldn't recommend this store and James more definitely request him if you go in with any and all needs you may have!
(He also did all of this while my 1 year old ran around and babbled to him he talked right back to him and related with us so well and is definitely family oriented)

Devin and Chaz are the best. They helped get access back to my account after there was a fraud attempt. They Really held it down for me.

All I can say is “Wow!” TJ Caplinger helped out so much with looking into great... nay I say... fantastic phone plans for my family. Will definitely be going back to have him help out with all of our future phone needs... and to be honest I can’t wait for that day.
