Office Depot

I use their print and copy center quite often, and they have been consistently amazing. The print quality is better than Walmart Photos. I usually choose in store pick up, and they've always been on time. If I need something faster than "same day," I order online and call, and if they can squeeze me in, they are really awesome about it. Staff is generally super friendly, but store-wide customer service can be kind of slow moving if they are busy. But on a plus note, they offer customer service unlike many of their competitors.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. A classic case of big box store screwing over their customers. I tried to make an exchange for a wall hanger as it was defective when I purchased it a couple of days ago. I asked to talk with a store manager but he was out for the day. Their customer service manager would not make an exchange and started screaming at me. I was polite as can be and did nothing except ask why he couldn’t so I could explain to my boss why I had to come back again. He wouldn’t explain why he couldn’t do it, just that he couldn’t. If you have a customer service representative that can’t effectively explain why he can’t do something correct, and then start screaming at a customer, that person shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Moral of the story, they lost a large customer today. We will never do business with them again.

I went to Office depot on February 1, 2022 needing a letter copied off of s thumb drive with several other specialty items done to the letter. The Young lady that helped me went out of her way to make sure I received the help I needed. She went out of her way even though she had recently had stomach surgery and was in a lot of pain. I wish I could remember her name. She exemplifies a work ethic that must be encouraged. I know when I go to Office Depot they will meet my needs in printing.

Online order was easy and when I went to the store to pick up the item it was ready and only took a couple of minutes to pick it up. Great job.

At this store about once a week to get a new 5 gallons of water for the dispenser. The staff is very helpful when needed, but good about letting you look around when you're doing enough paycheck damage on your way.

Slow service, workers seem completely disinterested in doing there jobs. I stood in line for 20 minutes because the woman working there was slow and was purposely taking as long as she possibly could.... She looked like she was on drugs.

Pricing was not for a store that is closing no matter what their signs say. Know your pricing before going.

Insanely overpriced copier and printing service. There are several employees, particularly in the print shop, who have no desire to help. They do not know how to operate their own equipment and are unwilling to try new approaches.
Their replqcement ink stock in very low, rarely do they have any newer printer ink.
The store istelf is shabby dark and dingy.
Save yourself a baterial disease, dont go into their restroom.
We can clearly see this store is on its last leg.
