I made an appointment to see Dr. Jerry Hahn for a mole on my arm that my GP had some concerns for. When I made the appointment I was told that Dr. Hahn only comes to the office once a month and this was why it took so long to see him. I'm very disappointed that I was not seen by Dr. Hahn, instead, it was a PA. I was not given any instructions as to what to do such as keep it covered and apply an antibiotic. When I mentioned to the PA that I had a mole on my face that I was very concerned about, she told me to wait until I had the results from my arm and we would address that then. I'm sure if I had known that I wasn't seeing a SPECIALIST that I would have gone elsewhere.
