For anyone hesitant, or fearful of getting dental work done. This is the place. I have went the last 10 years of my life not being able to smile due to feeling self conscious about my teeth. My anxiety and fears kept me away from the dentist. The assistants kept me at ease, and kept assuring me I would be okay. They were right. I don't even remember going under it happened so quick. I was scared that I would wake up. Didn't happen. I am healing quickly and on my way to being able to smile again. I am so grateful for the compassion, and professionalism. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Professional and Courteous, not a long wait time, but office was packed!
I was amazed how quickly and efficiently the office was ran, upon my arrival I figured a long wait bc of the full waiting area....much to my surprise and thankfulness each appointment moved right along and I was headed home before I expected. Staff was kind, cheerful, and informative. Dr. was confident and done an excellent job. They called a few days later to check on me and for that I am quite appreciative. I would not hesitate Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery to the Parkersburg area.

Terrible place. Rude. Tell you when you accidentally miss one appointment by 6 minutes you can’t ever go back. Told me it says it on the referral, it says it on the paperwork they make you do online and they tell you when they call to confirm. 1. I’m looking at the referral right now and it’s a lie, 2 nobody told me to go online and do paperwork I thought I did that when I came in like last time, and 3 the lady who called didn’t mention that once she was too quick to tell me what to bring to my appointment and get off the phone. there is no sign when you walk in anywhere. I really don’t see how they are allowed to do this when I been here before, this would have been my second time and not ONCE did they say if you miss by a couple minutes you won’t be allowed back ever. Somebody messed up at their job and us civilians are the ones who suffer. Honestly someone who can mess up this much and not realize their mess up or apologize for their mess up is not someone I want pulling any more of my teeth out of my mouth. I like professionals and people who talk like they have some sense. I already have trust issues with many people who call themselves drs.

Wife had wisdom teeth removed and has been in severe pain for a week and they won't do anything to help her. I think if you have surgery done you could at least get a follow up with somebody if your having trouble. I guess mountain state oral dosent care for there patients and that's sad. They told her to chew gum to get pieces to come out.

Horrible experience! They sedated me and I had some kind of allergic reaction to the medication and I guess became combative with them. So their reaction was to kick me out , alone,, while heavily medicated. I don't recall much of the experience but I've got the police report to fill in the blanks. Yep that's right while having an allergic reaction to the meds they gave me they threw me out onto the street alone and called the police on me. Very unprofessional! I'm pretty sure that can't be protocol for the situation. All I can say is think twice before dealing with this office. I can't be the only person who has had that kind of reaction to the meds and that's how they treated me. I thought I was dealing with professionals but my experience proves otherwise.

I don't recommend. They left bone particles in my gums that caused an abscesses, I had to reschedule my appointment and they refuse to see me because I didn't give a 24 hour notice which today is Monday and yesterday is Sunday. They are not open. Go some where else. Charleston mountain State is much better!! Parkersburg forget the patient pay them not the other way around!

During the tooth extraction my comfort was a priority. The Dr was amazing. The dental assistants were very helpful and friendly. I was sent home with instruction and meds to help with recovery. This is the 3rd day and everything is fine with very little pain.
