Conde & Malone Family Dentistry

Staff is always friendly and Dr Malone makes me feel more like a family member is fixing my teeth. He is always kind and gentle during my procedures and takes the time to see me whenever I'm having an issue with my teeth. He is friendly and a very kind person, which makes me stay calm enough during procedures that I have actually fallen asleep... Just want to take the time to thank Dr. Malone and all the staff for their wonderful care they give all their patients!

The best dentist office I've ever been to! Dr. Conde is so caring and careful. Goes above and beyond to keep me out of pain. Cindy stayed right there and talked me through what I needed done! I will choose Dr. Conde as long as he's there!

I was a patient here for 15 years before being discriminated against. I do not recommend this dentist office. Dr. Conde did not even have the courtesy to speak with me after being a long term patient and experiencing this discrimination from his staff. He had his secretary tell me that he suggested I go elsewhere since he is retiring, but they are referring other patients to the new dentist at the office. Furthermore, the last hygienist I saw in 2021 cut my lip when she cleaned my teeth. They also took x-rays upside down and we’re unable or unwilling to correct a chipped tooth.
Dr. Conde is not a dentist who cares about his patients…even the loyal, long-term patients like myself.

Both my daughters see Dr. Malone. During an extraction my youngest daughter was very nervous. The staff put her completely at ease and she did fantastic! My older daughter is going through extensive orthodontics. Everyone answers any and all questions. I would recommend to anyone!

I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere. I have never had a worse experience with a dentist. After my procedure, I was in some pain, the filling felt very uncomfortable, and was bleeding. I was assured this was normal. Within a few weeks, the filling fell out over night. I tried to work with the practice to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue, however they were very rude and attempted to make me pay twice for work that was initially improperly done. I’ve been going here for almost two decades. I went to another dentist, who took pictures and explained that in their opinion the work was done improperly, and the decay had begun to form underneath of the filling (meaning the composite resin was placed over decay that should’ve been removed). To make matters worse, the secretaries were contemptible in their behavior. Long story short: I’d give 0 stars were it an option. If you value your teeth, want proper work done, and don’t want to be charged for work that won’t last, go elsewhere.

Dr. Malone is one of the best dentists I have seen. He does a wonderful job taking care of me. Will continue to see him.

Horrible dentist, and they didn't even fix my problem. I am Still in pain, and have the same issue even though they said it was resolved, and it wasn't, but they still charged me. Very untrustworthy.
