I had a very good experience at this office. I had seen two other offices that said that my wisdom tooth would probably need surgically removed, I went here and they had it out in no time. What's nice is They have the tools on hand to remove the tooth no matter what, where the other offices would send you away with a half pulled tooth. They were the nicest staff, so considerate and caring. The Dr is so gentle but knows what she's doing. Recommend anyone in Berkeley Springs to give them a call if you have any teeth bothering you.

Dr Magic Miller and her entire staff are wonderful people who care for their patients. While most of us don't particularly like going to the dentist, we all know we should. I highly recommend Berkeley Springs Dentistry!

My husband and I visited Berkeley Springs Dentistry for our first visits today. We were very pleased and impressed with the care we received from Carol, the hygienist and from Dr. Miller. I am always very nervous going to the dentist and they helped put me very much at ease. My husband and I would highly recommend!!

Best dentist around! I’ve been a patient at other dental offices in and around Berkeley Springs but this one by far exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I came into Dr. Miller's office with an infected broken tooth that needed to be pulled and lots of dental anxiety! What a difference a dentist can make in calming fears!! Dr. Miller has a very kind, gentle and encouraging personality and approach that will curb any kind of dental anxiety and give you peace of mind! The whole office staff was amazingly professional and warm! The office music also was a plus, very uplifting! She explains all she is doing before and during the procedure and will take the time to listen to your concerns and fears and offer suggestions to make the dental experience a positive one. The office even checked in on me the day after having my tooth pulled! The procedure room had a large window facing a beautiful view along with a bird feeder and hungry birds to calm the spirit :) They also gave me a yellow smiley face stress ball to squeeze during the procedure :) My dream dentist has come true and now I feel confident on getting the rest of my teeth looked at and my beautiful smile back :D

The entire staff is very considerate. Even my irrational fears were addressed, and everything was explained to me. I was offered a blanket or water! That doesn't happen anywhere else I've been. It was also the first dentist I've ever been to (civilian or military - 60+ years) that took his/her time with me; so many before seemed rushing to get to the next patient. I also consider the prices very reasonable for the services performed.

When I was about 7 my Dad took me to a Navy Dentist for an exam. As we were walking down a long corridor I passed by a room with the door open. Inside a dentist was on top of a sailor who was lying down in a dentist's chair. At the same time the dentist was saying, "You're going to feel this.", I heard the high then low whine of a high-speed mechanical drill and the man giving this low pitched continuous scream. That's what was on my mind for the next 67 years. I've always had strong teeth and have kept them spotless. It's resulted in one cavity that required a single shot to fill. I was so scared I was ready to bolt at the slightest hint of pain. However, Dr. Miller painted some sort of Novocaine on my gums that completely deadened the area she was going to give me multiple shots in. Then she slipped this interesting little device over my tooth and popped it out! Zero pain!!! I hear it will get more interesting tomorrow and the next day but that's OK. Today I am one happy camper!

Dr. Miller was my dentist for many years and I just loved her. Everyone there, Dr. Miller, Carol, Vickie were fantastic and always very helpful. Felt very at ease and confident when I was there.
