Very nice staff and I've never had to wait very long

They were very nice the first visit I had with them, however my second appointment I was 4 minutes late. Talked to the receptionist at around 7 minutes late. When she got back from talking with the dentist it was around 10 minutes late. Since when can you not be seen for being less than 10 minutes late? I thought it was going to be a good experience there as my child goes to the dentist here. But this really disappointed me as they know I've been in excruciating pain since my last visit. So now I have to wait another long 2 weeks for another appointment. I would also like to point out that I was late for my child's appointment due to work. (The same amount of time, around 5 minutes.) I thought these places had a policy on being late example being after 20 minutes we cannot see you. I do not see that posted anywhere. Life happens and a paying costumer is left in pain.

Friendly caring staff,. Good about fitting you in if you have an emergency. No long wait to get into your appointment. Good pricing. Best of all I don’t have the anxiety I once did about going to the dentist!!! Thanks Dr. Ludwick and staff!!!

Dr Ludwick is the man very good dentist and all the staff are sweet and caring

Today was my 5 yr old's first ever dentist appointment and it couldn't have gone any better. Your staff was wonderful and the lady we saw today went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my daughter was not scared. It was a wonderful, refreshing experience. I highly recommend.

At 69, I've visited quite a few dentists in my time. Dr. Ludwick and his staff are easily among the best I've ever had--from a kind, caring, and surprisingly funny staff to the Doc himself--can anybody else actually say they LIKE going to the dentist? Well, these people have me close to that point.

Highly recommended, five stars, and all that other good social media kinda stuff. If your teeth hurt, GO THERE!

All the staff at this office is great! They are kind and never make you feel unwanted. I am very picky about who I see for a dentist! Dr. Ludwick is the best in the area!
