Single most alienating experience of my life. Judge Steven Jones stated he was holding me in contempt of court because I refused to, and I quote, "physically force my children (at that time 10 and 14) into their mother's car. At the same time he ignored when my ex wife admitted to bribing our 14 year old with allowing her to drive on main road with our 10 year old in car, as a means to making our 14 year old behave. Steven Jones also informed me that I couldn't have a fault divorce because, and quote, "everyone cheats". I hadnt got the memo..... But I didn't have a signed and dated paper in the exes handwriting admitting to the affair. I've never felt so unamerican and inhuman in my life. He invalidated 2 decades of struggle to make my marriage work with a serial cheater, and honestly not great mother. Ps: she took my car and abandoned her kids.....got to keep the car, and got weekends. According to my paperwork: 17yrs marriage, plain ole inconsolable differences, and we both 50-50 kids. But none of that's true. Only legally accurate because biased judge and 0 oversight. Run to a different county. Fast!!!!
