Respond very quickly!! Some of the worker are very friendly, some comes in and Do Not speak as if you woke them up. Some times you got to over look the bad and focus on the good ones and keep moving .

My handicapped sister keeps getting charged for services covered by her Humana Care. My sister was at doctors office, where she got there by the Senior Center in her wheelchair. The doctors office determined she needed to be picked up by rescue squad to go to hospital. Once there it was determined that she was ok and go home. Her wheelchair was left at doctors office (heavy electric powered wheelchair). Hospital asked Marion County Rescue to pick her and take her home. They made her pay $192 to get home. I have many dealings with them and so has Humana about charging her. She is covered for non-emergency transportation. I spoke with Stephanie from Marion County rescue who was incredibly rude and said my sister could have taken the bus home. My sister is 70 years old and very heavy and can’t walk and can barely speak. I ask just how she was going to do all this without her wheelchair and she said that was my sisters problem. They are stealing from our Senior Citizens. I tried calling back today to speak to Michael Angelucci who is in charge there and was told he is out on extended leave. I was transferred to Stephanie again who was agin rude and hung up on me. I am at a loss because I can’t choose which emergency services are to pick up my sister when she needs it.

I’ve been fighting a bill for years, they claimed to have removed it from collection, I had two insurances my primary TriCare, which covers 100%. I’m still getting bills after the 3rd time being told it was closed and paid. It took me two weeks to reach someone willing to discuss the bill this time, only to be sent to someone else’s voicemail.🤦🏽
