What a beautiful mall. I felt like its parkersburg hidden gem. Very well lit and clean. So many stores to shop and their public restrooms are very very well maintained. Definitely will return. Super friendly and they have a ping pong table, and other activities for the kiddies.

This mall has went downhill drastically. There are only 2 anchor stores remaining, which is not conducive to a productive mall. As a result, the food court has had a loss of restaurants & struggles to successfully market to new restaurants/eateries. One of the worst parts at this mall is the many smokers who smoke on the property & close to entrances... especially the food court entrance. When they put seating outside the food court, I thought for sure that it was for people to enjoy, but- again... the smoking out beside there is disgusting!!! Grand Central Mall is failing FAST!

I’ve always enjoyed going to this mall and it’s the closest mall to me and I live an hour and a half away. Quite a few stores and a nice food court with a lot of good places to eat! They have definitely tried their best keeping stores in and with bringing new stores in as well. I really enjoy the new addition at the end of Ross, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Petsmart. I’m glad we finally got a Petsmart!

Can't believe they don't have wheelchairs available. We ended up only going to one store due to limited mobility on crutches. Belks had wheelchairs but only for use in their store. Mall lost business from us today.

Food court is worth it! Not too pricey and kids play place is great and kids activities near Ross. Love that Chinese place. Just wish they'd give more food. So yummy!!

I stopped in to do some Christmas shopping last week and Santa was doing pet photos. There were dogs everywhere. It was fantastic. I also found everything I was looking for while shopping. Before leaving I ordered and watched them hand make my ice cream and roll it up at Bubble House in the food court.

They change to many of the good stores out. Place only pulls people in because it is only place to go around here for teens left. Some of newer store like Ross and home good are nice. Hopefully they get some better ones in.

Very good shopping mall with plenty of good selection of stores. Well worth the time stopping by.
