Was great visiting a hot topic like always but there jewelry selection seemed to be lacking a bit. Still had some cool stuff.

The WV store located in their Mall, I would have to admit is the best Hot Topic I've shopped in (in OH &WV). The staff (two females) working at the time made our (family and I) a pleasant and enjoyable one. They were helpful and did it with a smile. We were so pleased that we opened a charge card from them. Thank you for an outstanding visit to your store.

We stepped in to go shopping and ran into an old friend who had been working there, after a less than three minutes the manager promptly kicked us out of the store. She was unnecessarily rude and just lost her store business. Terrible service.

A worker named Adam made the entire experience that much more enjoyable and was the most friendly person I’ve ever met in the store. He was wearing a naruto hat and made me feel very welcome and informed.

Great place but it's too mainstream now a days, that and there's too much lolli and pastel goth and not enough vampire or grunge. Gorillaz t-shirts and the Dangonronpa merch is sick tho.

Had a great time shopping at Hot Topic today! Specifically, my sister and i had a great experience there, where we were assisted and rang up by Zayne. Helped us get the clothes we wanted and then let us know about an awesome deal where we got half off of our total cost! Saved us a lot of money by keeping us informed!! Super helpful, charming, and overall fantastic. Thank you, Zayne!

Was mid transaction and was forced to step aside because the customer behind us because the cashier had helped them previously and had more expensive product. We had cash in hand. Extremely disrespectful. This is the second time that we have been treated less than in this store. Each time I rate this store it continues to get worse. Sadly it is the only one in the area.

The old management team ran the store so well and was very welcoming to every customer. The new managers aren't very polite and act like they are burdened to help customers. I specifically call out management because every time I'm in there it's either the store manager or assistant that is there.
