Even though they had five cashiers working the line had about 30 people in it and I waited 20 mins in line to make my purchase. Not exaggerating either. 30. People. In. Line. I counted. Didn't have anything else to do while standing there.

Customer service was excellent. Great deals, but a little disappointed at the instore infant boy selection. Overall good shopping experience because the sale prices and staff made up for it.

Anytime something is marked in the store literally ANY amount of % off I am made to pay full price. When I ask why they say “that item was in the wrong spot”. Literally every single time and I shop there like once-twice a week. I am treated poorly by the store manager Kari Cross. All I can come up with is I turned down a job there in late July/early August and now she’s just mad at me. Items I’ve been denied discounts for are all listed online the same discount labeled “IN STORE and online” and clearly labeled inside the physical store what the % off is. I was refunded yesterday but I really don’t want to have to do this back and forth every single time I try to make a purchase. I’m not gonna be bullied out of shopping there 🤷🏻‍♀️
