The floor employee Olivia was amazing with helping my daughter with her choices and was very patient and polite. The two sales associates that were at the checkout when we were ready to make our purchase was very rude and disrespectful towards my daughter. Extreme attitude and impatient. They made us feel rushed and like we were just a bother to them. Not a way to make customers come back and shop there.

The employees I’ve encountered during my shopping here have been nice and very helpful. I typically end up browsing and hardly ever make a purchase since most of their clothing looks nice until you find the tacky pizza graphic or something else that just throws the appearance of the apparel off. Absolutely not the stores fault but just wish Rue 21 would leave some things off like that.
