Elizabeth Michaels

Walked in she gave me one look then turned away to talk to the other employee, when she finally got around to ask me if I needed anything I told her I'm looking for a dress for a wedding in November. She sneered "It takes four months to ordee one of my dresses but you can look at that rack over there." She pointed and looked at her employee and laughed. I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated as a customer before. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LAUGHED AT!

Just recently joined a good friend for her wedding dress appointment, The Elizabeth Michaels staff was so kind and generous. My friend and her entire family felt so welcome. The one on one attention and close attention to detail was superb. Elizabeth Michaels has also measured/fitted me for multiple tuxes. This store always makes it easy and fun!

I loved my experience at Elizabeth Michael! I enjoyed the fact that there was only space for one bridal appointment that gave me more attention. The staff was really helpful and attentive and knew the style I was going for. The dress selection was better than some of the stores I have been too and not overly pricey.

The customer service at this shop was horrible! My bridemaids ended up buying their dresses there but I was really disappointed with the experience. I had all the style numbers of the dresses we wanted to see and no one helped us. They pointed at a rack and then about 4 associates and the owner stood around talking to each other. We always had to ask for help and it felt very awakard to do so. Like we were interupting them. I couldnt believe we were paying so much money and being treated so poorly. But there are very few places around here. I will not go back though.

Edit: We didn't want to be hoovered over. But help finding the few dresses with the numbers and being offered help like the tightener clips or the swatchest at very least would have been nice. Oh and when my bridesmaid went to pick up her dress she said she was practically shoed out of the store so she didn't even ask about alterations. The worst customer serivce I have experienced.

Came in with wedding party to try on bridesmaids dresses. We had a few picked out and knew the dress number and brands we wanted to try on. Getting them to help us or even provide the most basic service was like pulling teeth. The associate acted annoyed the whole time and wouldn’t help us with clips or finding the styles we were looking for. Overall their rude attitude put a damper on what would have otherwise been a fun experience. I ended up ordering my dress from another shop since I wasn’t local, but the other bridesmaids had no choice but to purchase through Elizabeth Michaels. I wish there were other options in the area, and that they would treat their customers with more respect.

I am an individual person that had an awful experience at your store. I wish myself and the bride in our party had looked at the reviews of your store before visiting. We didn’t….And unfortunately our experience mirrored so many others. Unfortunately my review didn’t bring up any new or budding issues. It truly just reiterates reviews that I wish we had looked at before entering your store. The drive elsewhere would’ve been valuable. I hope you improve in the future and learn to be at the least respectful to your customers.

I loved my experience at Elizabeth Michaels!! I was wedding dress shopping and had a pretty large party with me. All the girls were kind, provided a place for all my people to sit at. They also helped me try on every single dress. The second I opened the dressing room door someone was there to help me get zipped up, etc. The staff at Elizabeth Michaels is AMAZING. If you or anyone you know is looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, prom or homecoming I HIGHLY recommend going there!!

Got our dresses for 💑 wedding. It's getting closer and Kassey and Brent are going to become a family. I'm so looking forward to all the adventures with them, too.

I went in to get an idea of what I wanted for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses for my wedding in July 2023 and figure out timing. As soon as I walked in, I felt looked down upon. They pointed to the selection of bridesmaid dresses and that was it. I helped myself to the wedding dress, even while grabbing dresses no one once offered help or anything. I tried them on by myself with my friends help. Once out of the dressing room the one young helper came in looked and that was it. An older women came in a little bit after and could see the defeat in my face, what I thought was my dream dress looked terrible on me. She explained what things they would do to alter and that was it. I tried on more dresses and didn't even bother to exist the dressing room. I certainly am not going to be returning. So much for a special moment.
