I called about a kayak for my father. The staff answered my questions. When I arrived the staff helped me make a selection. Everyone I dealt with was awesome. They also have a military discount which is very appreciated.

My family is a sports family. We use Dunham’s on a regular basis. The only downfall for us is that we live about 45 minutes from any location. My husband was needing a knee pad for softball. He saw one that another player used and was curious whether Dunham’s carried the item or even had it in stock. Sometimes the website isn’t 100% accurate, so we wanted to double check with the store before making the trip all the way there and it being a waste of time. I called and talked to an employee about the knee pad. He was kind and more than helpful. He accurately described the product that they had in stock. He even went to the extent of taking a picture of the item and sending it to me (as per my request) so I could ensure it was what the correct type we were searching for. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry the item we had in mind but I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism that the employee provided us with. He was able to save us from making the trip unnecessarily. This is the Dunham’s location that I normally use, and I will continue to do so! I highly recommend this particular location!

Definitely had the worst experience at a gun counter in my life. 10/10 wouldn't recommend guy had zero idea what he was talking about and got defensive about it and when me and another customer agreed it was a great time. On top of high prices

Small store. Cramped feeling, merch is easy to find. Logistics is still messed up from COVID so some things are out of stock.
