Dr. Palko is a great doctor. The receptionists are generally kind-hearted. Although the clinic is often PACKED, there's always more than enough free seats. They accept nearly all insurance and have a staff with tens of decades of combined training/experience. Palko is my PCP and he's the best one I've ever had. And finally; The location of the clinic isn't great, but it is a new building with all the latest stuff so I highly recommend it

I hate seeking medical care. Susan Ketchum makes me feel OK with getting help when i need it instead of putting it off.

Always quick to get us in, quick to take us back, and listen to any and all concerns. Being a family of 7 almost 8 I'm here very often with one of the kids and they never make me feel like I am a nuisance. Staff is super kind and I wouldnt rather go anywhere else ever.

I have for the last two months had numerous test done for back pain because I have been in terrible pain. Im only 35 years of age. So I went to Myers clinic only to find that I have had blood in my urine. Nobody will tell me anything the only thing they keep doing is retesting my urine and continously telling me they don't know why I would have urine in my blood but doing nothing about to see why I would have this problem. It is the worst place the providers are horrible the wait is ridiculous and they are the same reason my mother almost died. They continuously ran test on her and told her nothing until she was seen at uhc bc she was almost dead for kidney failure thank God they caught it time or she wouldn't be here today. Myers clinic knew all her symptoms as well and did nothing about it. Thank God for UHC
