brush bristles are worn off, the hose for the brush is broken in 2 spots, machine was out of bug and tire cleaner, and clear coat protection. I was charged $15 an slme change for very poor equipment. My vehicle isn't much cleaner after car wash as before car wash.

The detergent dripping from the pipe above the bay left a large bleach stain circle on the hood of my car. Maybe a little maintenance on your equipment would prevent this from ruining the paint on cars.

Usually this auto car wash is great, but this past experience was subpar. I spent $12 for the superwash. The machine was out of soap, wax, clear coat protectant etc entirely and it must be broken because it did not rotate like it is supposed to to clean the front/back of the vehicle. I'm going to have to spend another $10 at least across town to actually wash my car instead of kind of getting sprayed with water. I would avoid until this is fixed.

Do not use this car wash it only takes your money and then you can't get a hold of anybody to get a refund. Well they finally got a hold of me and sent a voucher and guess what the voucher doesn't work

Low energy water pressure in drive through wash. It couldn't remove dirty puddle splash on running boards, from WV gravel roads to poverty, while visiting cemeteries.

Great water pressure from wand, transition time from water to high pressure soap and wax were quicker than some other places. This place does accept debit or credit cards in case you do not have coins. The bays were clear of chuncks of mud and debris, and also has a long center trough for proper drainage. Easy to get in and out of as well.

All vacuums are busted, any low pressure water settings do not work, foam brushes have very little bristles and do not foam at all. And the minimum amount you can start with is $5 credit to even get it to start....horrible someone needs to tear this place down.

Paid $12 for car wash, it didn't work at all. Filing a complaint with BBB and having credit card company investigate for fraud.
