Best Western Logan Inn

We enjoyed our one night stay here. It was clean and pretty. The first room we got smelled of cigarettes, so we requested a room switch which was granted without question or hesitation. The pool was a nice retreat after a long day. The second room lacked a shower curtain and towels but those were brought up right away after we called the front desk. The rooms are a bit technologically outdated. There was no HDMI cable attached to the TV so no way to stream anything on the big screen. Breakfast was nice. Good variety of options.

We had such wonderful food, friendly. Accommodating hostesses/hostess.
The rooms were absolutely spotless, we had adjoining rooms so we could visit.

And the cook was a gem! TERESA, a delight.

The rooms are fantastic and clean and the front desk staff are always great and provide great customer service. This is my go to hotel in the area when visiting family. I want to recognize an exemplary employee. Her name is Carissa. All the front desk staff are awesome but Carissa is exceptional. She provides the best customer service and caring for the guests at a level unmatched. She is a true asset of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I only hope and wish you have the pleasure of dealing with Carissa as I have on numerous occasions.

Not much to rave or complain about. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. If I'm in the area, I'd stay here again. Beds are slightly on the harder side though, so if that's not your thing, maybe try another place. I still got decent sleep.

Great front desk staff. I left my glasses and they had them waiting for me after i returned. Room was clean and water was hot.

Brittany at the front desk was delightful and welcoming. She assisted the difficult guest in front of me with Grace and professionalism. Other staff I met were also hospitable and warm. My toddler spilled a drink during breakfast and the sweet woman jumped in to help clean up and reassure my little that accidents happen.

Pool was clean, though the paint on the bottom made it quite slick. Breakfast was delicious.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were not super comfy but for the price of the stay, everything was great!

Stayed here 2 weeks ago and enjoyed my stay. Had to get a second room as the first one was dirty, and unfortunately, the second wasn't really much better. I do have a high set of standards when it cones to cleanliness. However, both toilets had pee all over them, and first was much worse than the second. I just cleaned the room myself. The staff I dealt with were friendly. Breakfast was okay. The beds were pretty hard and uneven. They were also full-size beds, not even queen. First time I've seen that before. You don't have many choices in this area and it's used by a lot of construction people and the building gets very dirty during at night.

Great service the staff helped my wife and I brinvour autistic daughter's Glider Rocking chair up to our room when they seen us struggling with it and all our luggage. Big thank you for making our stay wonderful.
