Five star car wash

My daughter brought her car her last week, and went through the soft touch wash!!!! Her car is very nice and has been well taken care of. After the wash she was left with scratches all over the hood, trunk, and roof!!!!! After waiting 4 days to receive a email back to discuss the damages they refused to take responsibility. We took the car back to car wash for them to look at and the manager was very rude and unwilling to except any wrong doing. This isn’t anyway to run a business. We are not the type to want something for nothing, but we do expect be treated with respect!!! Enter at your own whisk!!! Next call is the Better business bureau!!!!

I went through the soft touch car wash station and came out with scratches all over the hood, roof and trunk of my car causing roughly $700 worth of damage to my vehicle. They denied that their car wash could have possibly caused these damages. This is a blatant lie. I have a nice car and take very good care of it. It was unprofessional for them not to own up to their own faults and shortcomings. DO NOT let them wash your car unless you plan on getting a new paint job. I also find it hilarious that they have scratch removal listed as a service when they completely stripped off the clear coat on my roof and scratched my hood and trunk to pieces and refuse to do anything about it. It’s a shame. Poor ethics, poor business choices, and poor character will drive a business into the ground. Is it really that hard to do the right thing?

The basic wash doesn't even get all the suds off, let alone WASH the car. Looks worse than when I went in. AVOID this place

Worst car wash I've had there, first time using the touch less one....won't be going back.

Arrived during posted business hours. Out of three lanes two were blocked by cones. The only open lane said out of service at the machine. Tried to use two vacuums, neither provided suction. The trash cans worked fine, that’s about it. Won’t return.

I have used this car wash a total of 5 times. I purchased the highest level monthly package as it seemed like a great deal. Every time I go there and mention that my package is supposed to include tires, they say they don’t know where the tire shine/cleaner is and just stand there waiting for me to speak next. I have not one time got my tires cleaned and or shined and ask every time.

I have been noticing scratches (some small some large) all over our car so before going one final time I inspected my vehicle in great detail and sure enough after going new scratches were present on a vehicle we have just made the second payment on. This is a car we just purchased in July and the amount of scratches that are on it in that time is insane. It took me a while to put 2 and 2 together, thus the reason for a final trip after inspecting my car to see if it was the cause.

Not only all listed above but the car doesn’t look like it was just washed. I’m posting these pictures taken 20 minutes after going there to get the car washed. The back looks like it wasn’t touched at all and again tires weren’t touched even though I paid for that service.

I’m canceling my membership and highly recommend that if you want to protect your cars paint you do not go here.

Not sold on this place yet. I just left there an hour ago. Yes it's quick and convenient and the prices certainly drive you to pay for a membership. But it's not close enough for it to be worth a monthly fee based on where I live. With that said I purchased a $20 dollar package (their highest) and I expected better. My package included a tire shine which didn't happen, and my running boards are definitely not clean (see photos). Of course I didn't notice this until I arrived home, or would have addressed it immediately. The service is quick, friendly and helpful. But there's definitely room for improvement.

$10 for a one time basic car wash. My kids wanted to go through one which is why we went and it didn't disappoint with the big brushes and flaps and soapy water. You get a pre scrub and then someone dries your car. But for $10 I would expect all the bugs to be gone and off my car, that's why I give it 3 stars.
